PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Ithaca will
hold a public hearing on Monday, September 8, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. in the
Town Hall, located at 215 North Tioga Street, Ithaca, NY for the purpose of hearing
public comment regarding a noise permit application submitted by Ithaca College
for its Homecoming Event to be
held on Tuesday, September 16, 2008 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. within the campus
located at 950 Danby Road, Ithaca, New York;
FURTHER NOTICE IS GIVEN that at such time and place all persons interested
in the proposed amendment may be heard concerning the same; and further
NOTICE IS GIVEN that a copy of
the permit application is on file at the Town Clerk’s Office and available for
review during regular office hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; and further
NOTICE IS GIVEN that all persons interested in the application may be heard concerning the same; Individuals with visual or hearing impairments or other special needs will be provided with assistance as necessary, upon request. Individuals desiring assistance must make a request to the Town Clerk not less than 48 hours prior to the time of the public hearing.
