Fire Safety Inspections and Reinspections

$50 for first hour, $30 per hour after, 1-hour minimum charge

Foundation Fee

The greater of $100 or 25% of the fee for the building permit, calculated on the estimated full value of the entire building. (Nonrefundable, cannot be credited toward building permit fee)
