Board Meeting Schedules & Public Notices

A complete and up to date schedule of both regular and special meetings can be viewed by clicking on the month of interest in the left column. 

Town Board Meetings:1st Monday after 1st Tuesday of each month at 5:30 pm.

Planning Board Meetings:1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm.

Planning Committee Meetings:2nd Thursday of each month at 4:45 pm.

Codes & Ordinances Committee Meetings:3rd Wednesday of each month at 7:30pm

Comprehensive Plan Committee Meetings: 4th Thursday of each month from April to October 2008 and the 3rd Thursdays for the months of November and December at 7:00pm

Conservation Board Meetings: 1st Thursday of each month at 7:30 pm.

Zoning Board of Appeals Meetings: 3rd Monday of each month at 7:00 pm.

 Materials for meetings are available through the Town Clerk Office.

By direction of the Chairperson of the Planning Board, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing, pursuant to Article 8 of the Environmental Conservation Law, 6 NYCRR 617, also known as the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act, and Chapter 148 of the Town of Ithaca Code, will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Ithaca, acting as Lead Agency for coordination of the environmental review of this matter, on Tuesday, September 16, 2008, at 215 N. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Ithaca will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 8, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. in the Town Hall, located at 215 North Tioga Street, Ithaca, NY for the purpose of hearing public comment regarding a noise permit application submitted by Ithaca College for its Homecoming Event to be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2008 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. within the campus located at 950 Danby Road, Ithaca, New York;
